IMPACT Strategies, Inc. announces the completion of the new SIHF Healthcare Medical Clinic located at 1120 N. East Street in Olney, Illinois. Under a highly accelerated timeline, IMPACT completed the project two weeks ahead of schedule.
With this completion, IMPACT has provided SIHF Healthcare with a new 12,400 sf clinic that will serve the community of Olney and the larger Richmond County area previously served by Weber Medical Clinic. With this new clinic, expanded medical services are now provided in the facility including Lab, Women’s Health, Internal and Family Medicine, Behavioral Health and Pharmacy Services along with all administrative, waiting/common, and support areas.
This is the firm’s sixth completed project with SIHF Healthcare. IMPACT Strategies served as the Design-Builder and collaborated with Vestal Corporation as their design partner. Next step in the scope of work is demolition of the Weber Medical Clinic.
