IMPACT Strategies Starts Construction of Vivivan’s Village in Cahokia Heights

IMPACT Strategies, Inc. recently started construction on a new affordable housing community being developed by SIHF Healthcare named Vivian’s Village in Cahokia Heights, IL. The new development is located at 5708 Bond Avenue next to Touchette Regional Hospital and is named after Vivian Cash who lived in St. Clair County for 64 years and very involved in the community organizations concerned with local housing.

With this being the first phase of a multi-phase development, Vivian’s Village includes 16 one-bedroom units with income eligibility requirements through the St. Clair County Housing Authority and Community Building with a private office for virtual health screenings – with total construction of 13,666 SF. This development will help improve living standards for the overall community and be a critical component of residents’ health and well-being. IMPACT is planning for phase one completion May 2025.

Officials of SIHF Healthcare along with other regional dignitaries and IMPACT Strategies celebrated with a groundbreaking ceremony on October 21, 2025.
