For IMPACT Strategies, Inc., 2024 has brought forward several health care related projects, some of which have been completed and others will be underway well into next year. To support this growing specialization, earlier this fall, several team members including Eric Engelbrecht, Rebecca McCarty, Andrew Martiszus and Luke Eckert attended the ASHE (American Society for Health Care Engineering) Health Care Workshop in Chicago, IL.
By attending the ASHE workshop, IMPACT better positions our team members in taking a patient-first mindset in assuring the safety of staff, patients and visitors during on-going construction projects in health care environments. Critical items addressed during the workshop included: Pre-Construction Risk Management (PCRAs), Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRAs) and mitigation, management, and documentation of health care construction processes. Taking a deeper dive into these topics helps improve our ability to successfully apply key construction concepts targeted for the health care setting.
IMPACT highly values continuing growth of our Team through additional training and development of our team members to keep them up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies with best in class industry knowledge.
