IMPACT Strategies continues its partnership with U.S. Capital Development (USCD) with the successful completion of three Midwest warehouse/distribution buildings in 2023. USCD was the developer in all the locations and partnered with IMPACT Strategies as the construction manager.
A collaborative approach to a build-to-suit 140,000 square foot industrial facility in Fort Wayne, IN led to delivering a fast-track project to the Fortune 100 beverage company occupying the space nearby to the Airport. Dan O’Connor, Managing Director of Construction at U.S. Capital Development stated, “The performance of IMPACT Strategies as our construction manager on various projects has been excellent as they have an experienced team that anticipates and solves obstacles on our projects effectively.”
Locally, USCD is the developer that has led the outstanding development of Fenton Logistics Park, IMPACT Strategies was selected as the construction manager for Buildings 6A and 6B with these buildings marking the seventh completed project in the park for IMPACT Strategies. The opening of these buildings added 285,000 square feet of Class A industrial building space to the park. IMPACT Strategies President, Mark Hinrichs said, “USCD continues to bring businesses and jobs to the area, and the IMPACT team is excited to be a part of that continued growth.”
Through these completed facilities and several others, IMPACT Strategies continues to see growth in its warehousing and distribution market experience.
