IMPACT Strategies Continues to Experience Growth in Active Projects and Team Expansion

IMPACT Strategies, Inc., has experienced a near doubling of active concurrent projects over 2024 which has led to an expansion of their office and field teams over the last year.

The company has seen an uptick in project opportunities from numerous existing repeat customers along with several new customers which has resulted in a substantial increase in the number of projects currently being managed by IMPACT.

In response to this increased workload, the company has made a concerted effort to expand its team of talented professionals. The addition of new team members will help ensure that all projects continue to receive the high level of attention and service that IMPACT Strategies is known for. Our new Team Members each bring their own unique background, and experience which has added even more depth to our extremely experienced and knowledgeable team.

In our Construction Operations group, we welcome Rebecca McCarty as Senior Project Engineer, Nick Jacquin and Matthew Dickus as Project Engineers, and Danielle Powers as Project Assistant. Working closely with our Project Managers, these positions play a pivotal role in the success of each project with their priorities in communication between the client, field and office teams and coordination of project documentation.

In our Field Operations group, we welcome Darik Barton, Curt Davidson, Tim Rondeau and Alan Rose as Superintendents and Jason Langenhorst as Assistant Superintendent. In their roles, Barton, Davidson, Rondeau, Rose and Langenhorst are responsible for on-site management of the day-to-day details of projects under construction.

In our Pre-Construction group, we welcome Eric Engelbrecht as Preconstruction Manager. Engelbrecht is responsible for managing preconstruction processes efficiently and effectively while maintaining unwavering commitment to leadership and problem solving for our clients.
