2200 LaSalle at Lafayette Sqaure

The new Lafayette Square Apartments is nestled in one of the oldest neighborhoods in St. Louis. On the northeast edge of Lafayette Square, just minutes from Lafayette Park, this five-story, 128-unit luxury apartment complex will be constructed just south of Chouteau Ave along a new extension of Lasalle St.

This project includes a two-story parking structure with podium level amenities. The amenity deck level includes a private residential luxury bar, a club room, and a fitness area with a sliding glass opening that extends to an outdoor space.
