When Academy Sports + Outdoors decided to build its first Illinois retail location in O’Fallon, IL, it tapped IMPACT Strategies for expertise and proven results in retail construction.

The retailer’s request to accommodate a quick turnaround was no issue for IMPACT Strategies, which delivered a 62,000 square-foot store to the client just 150 days after the start of construction. Tilt-up construction was used to accommodate its fast-track delivery.
