Cedarhurst of Naperville

After IMPACT Strategies completed a senior housing facility in St. Charles, MO, Dover Development Group selected them again for a sister facility in Woodridge, IL. This time, IMPACT Strategies acted as their Construction Manager, guiding the way to the successful completion of Cedarhurst of Naperville.

This 90 unit assisted living and memory care facility is the first in the Chicagoland market for Dover Development and IMPACT Strategies. The work on this project also included roughly four acres of site work on adjacent lots for future development.
