Cedarhurst of St. Charles

Cedarhurst of St. Charles is a 99-unit assisted living and memory care community at University Commons, a mixed-use development adjacent to Lindenwood University in St. Charles. The large scale of the project presented a number of challenges for IMPACT along the way due to the limited site area and adjacent development. The issues weren’t enough to create major delays thanks to IMPACT’s previous experience building similar Cedarhurst properties and its familiarity with University Commons from having previously built a Schnucks grocery store there in 2014.

Cedarhurst is the St. Louis region’s first university-connected retirement community that provides elders and students the opportunity to interact together through various learning programs as well as cultural and sporting events.
