Enclave

In less than eight months, under an extremely accelerated schedule, IMPACT Strategies completed construction of eight multi-housing buildings and related improvements for The Enclave, Edwardsville’s first off-campus student-apartment community.

In addition to an aggressive schedule, IMPACT had to overcome the challenges of a difficult site under winter weather, including the construction of a 750 foot retaining wall, the majority of which is 40 feet high. This wall borders an existing creek and was essential to maximizing density of housing units on site.

Results from the outstanding planning and organization put forth by the entire IMPACT team provided The Enclave owners with more than enough time to ready the development  for its 350 incoming students.
