Enclave West - Phase I & II

IMPACT Strategies spent the better part of two years constructing Enclave West – a popular off-campus housing community for students attending Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. Late 2012 marked the start of Phase I, when IMPACT rose to the challenge of constructing nine separate 12-unit apartment buildings and a clubhouse within a nine-month time-frame. IMPACT also had to run utilities to the undeveloped area before construction ever began.

The tremendous success of the project led to the immediate start of Phase II, which added another five buildings with 192-beds and a top-notch wellness center. According to Enclave Capital Management, LLC, “It was no small feat to accomplish such an aggressive construction schedule, but IMPACT delivered above and beyond each time.”
