Fountains Court

This fully occupied multi-tenant building houses the corporate office of IMPACT Strategies. IMPACT chose to incorporate Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles into the design and construction of this building in support of the company’s belief in environmental responsibility and smart construction.

The building is the first of two planned for the site, located in The Fountains at Fairview Heights.
