Fresh Thyme Farmers Market

The St. Louis area’s first Fresh Thyme Farmers Market has a spacious, new 28,000-square-foot home in Fairview Heights thanks to the construction experts at IMPACT Strategies. The grocer, which is exclusively dedicated to selling healthy and fresh products, joined national retailers Sports Authority, Petco, HomeGoods, and OfficeMax at the newly constructed Fairview City Centre development.

IMPACT Strategies began actively constructing the multi-million dollar development in August 2013. Upon completion of Phase II in the fall of 2014, Fairview City Centre added more than 120,000 square feet of new retail space along Highway 159 in Fairview Heights, one of the region’s most popular retail destinations.
