Greenmount Corporate Center

There’s much more that’s green about Green Mount Corporate Center than just its name. The 52,000 square foot office facility is the first of its kind in the Metro East to be designed and constructed using LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) guidelines. The facility is also the first multi-tenant office complex in O’Fallon’s Regency Park development.

Known for its innovative construction techniques, IMPACT Strategies was chosen to develop and construct this landmark project.
