Maryville Professional Office Building

With an impressive office building portfolio, IMPACT Strategies was a logical choice to lead construction of the new Maryville Professional Office Building. The firm’s recent projects include several Class “A” office buildings in the Metro East and the construction of a similar three-story office building in O’Fallon, Illinois.

The Maryville project presented a unique challenge in that it was to be located on rolling terrain, which required the use of GPS technology for the site grading and the installation of an underground storm water detention system.
