IMPACT Strategies was chosen by Power Maintenance and Constructors to build its new facility in Belleville, Illinois. According to PMC president, Alan Howkins, it was a tour of IMPACT’s headquarters in Fairview Heights – a state of the art building that entails a similar, tilt-up construction design as the new facility for PMC – that secured the win hands-down for IMPACT Strategies and architectural firm Gray Design Group.

The two companies previously worked together as the design/build team for IMPACT’s headquarters and, as noted by Howkins, were a “perfect fit” to achieve PMC’s goals for this project.
