Ruth's House of Edwardsville

Following a $1 million transformation, Cedarhurst Senior Living’s newest memory care community is open for business in Edwardsville, IL. This building previously existed as a hospice community until IMPACT collaborated with their client to help transform the space. The re-purposed building was expanded to accommodate an increased resident capacity and allowed for a more spacious, inviting common area for guests.

According to Josh Stevens, president of Cedarhurst, “IMPACT once again surpassed our expectations by providing outstanding results, on time, and on budget. We currently have more than 225,000 square feet of senior living space under construction with IMPACT in Illinois and Missouri.
