Schnucks - University Commons

IMPACT Strategies has had a great working relationship with The DESCO Group for many years, so when the developer was ready to build a new multi-million mixed-use development across from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, IMPACT was selected to lead the construction efforts.

Before construction of the large-scale development could begin, IMPACT did site improvements to approximately 32 acres of urban development, including demolition of buildings and relocation of utility infrastructure. The site improvements made way for the development of several retail stores, a new pharmacy, and a 71,000-square-foot Schnucks store, the anchor tenant for the development.
