For as long as he can remember, Weir Parts Distribution owner Norman L. Roy has had his business operations spread across 10 different storage buildings in Red Bud. Realizing he could gain substantial efficiencies through consolidation, he came to IMPACT to help bring his entire operation under one roof within a new 114,000 square foot warehouse and office building.

IMPACT stepped up to the challenge by providing its client a top-of-the-line facility that not only incorporates custom technology and conveyors, but also accommodates the company’s fleet of 74 trucks and 100+ employees.
