Mike Christ, LEED AP

Mr. Christ has been in the construction industry since 1987. After completing his formal education at Kansas State University with a degree in Construction Science and Management, he has successfully worked in the many facets of the construction business. In 2002, he helped launch IMPACT Strategies, and today his responsibilities include oversight of IMPACT’s Estimating and Pre-construction departments.

Mike leads each of our projects through the design development stages, ensuring the Owners vision and goals of the project are communicated in the final project estimate and supporting construction documents. Mr. Christ currently participates in civic organizations, including serving on the Construction Leadership Institute Board for Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
